44tk Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 44tk ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the website located at https://44tk.club and all associated services, products, and features made available through that website.

By accessing the 44tk website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the platform in any way, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 44tk with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and 44tk relating to the same subject matter.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the agreement between you and 44tk.

Access to and use of 44tk is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 years old are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, any person who would not themselves satisfy these eligibility requirements.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from 44tk or any affiliated platform.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list that would prohibit your participation in online gambling services.

Age Verification

44tk takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. All players are required to submit valid age verification documentation before their first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a government-issued birth certificate that clearly establishes the player's date of birth.

44tk reserves the right to request age verification at any time during a player's use of the platform, including at account registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, upon detection of any suspicious account activity, or at random as part of routine compliance checks. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension pending verification.

In the event that a player is found to be under 18 years of age, all deposits made by that player will be returned and all winnings will be forfeited. The account will be permanently closed and the incident may be reported to relevant authorities.

To access the full range of services offered by 44tk, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active account on 44tk at any given time. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment method details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 44tk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate all balances across those accounts.

Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information you provide at registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate, and complete. You must promptly notify 44tk of any change to your personal details by updating your account profile or contacting [email protected]. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials, one-time passwords (OTPs), or security codes with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when offered, as this significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
• Notify 44tk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

44tk will never contact you to ask for your password, full bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or any OTP. Any communication purporting to be from 44tk that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All financial transactions on 44tk — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 44tk does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Currency conversion is not offered.

Accepted Payment Methods

44tk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• Nagad — Operated by Bangladesh Post Office, widely used across all districts.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Upay — UCB's mobile financial service platform.
• Bank Transfer — Direct bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, although 44tk may request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits as part of its fraud prevention and responsible gaming obligations. Deposits are generally credited to your 44tk account within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.

44tk does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges; please consult your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay app for applicable fee schedules.

Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is 15 to 30 minutes from the time the withdrawal request is submitted. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 44tk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before any withdrawal is approved, the player's identity must be verified in accordance with Section 2 of these Terms.

44tk reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or if the player's account is under investigation. In such cases, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide additional documentation to facilitate the review process.

44tk offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal cricket promotions during events such as BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. The specific terms, qualifying conditions, and wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are set out in the individual promotion's terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page within the platform.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds and free bets are credited to the player's bonus wallet and are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the promotional validity period stated in the specific promotion's terms. Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses expire automatically after the validity period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• 44tk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• In the event of any discrepancy between a promotional communication and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Bonus Abuse

44tk takes a firm position against bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using software to arbitrage promotions, or engaging in coordinated wagering patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk — will have their bonus balance forfeited, their account suspended, and may be permanently banned from the platform. All associated winnings derived from abusive bonus use will also be forfeited.

44tk offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports) and casino games (including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and table classics). All betting and gaming activity is subject to the following general rules.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation.
• A bet is not confirmed until you have received a written confirmation on screen and the stake has been deducted from your account balance.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required playing time has elapsed (as defined in the specific sport's rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• 44tk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is clear evidence of irregularity, including but not limited to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupted odds arising from a technical error.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply. Current limits are published in the sports betting section of your account dashboard.

Casino Games

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) from independently audited providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and Spribe.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the game provider and are available in the game's information panel within the platform.
• In the event of a technical failure, network disruption, or system error during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned. 44tk does not accept responsibility for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Free play or demo mode, where available, is for entertainment purposes only and carries no cash value.

Currency & Minimum Stakes

All bets are placed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum stake per bet is ৳10 for sports markets and varies by game for casino titles (refer to the individual game's table limits). The maximum stake per bet is displayed within each market and game, and may be adjusted by 44tk at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 44tk. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment methods without their explicit consent.
• Money laundering: Using 44tk to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using the platform as a mechanism to obscure the origin of funds.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error in the platform to gain an unintended financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet, including in live dealer poker or other multi-player table games.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for any deposit made to your 44tk account.
• Abusive conduct: Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward 44tk support staff or other players.

44tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if, in its reasonable judgement, the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or if account closure is necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

Suspension

A suspended account is temporarily restricted from accessing platform features. Deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity are frozen during the suspension period. 44tk will notify the player of the suspension via email and will outline the steps required to reinstate the account, which typically involves providing additional identity verification documents or clarifying a disputed transaction.

Permanent Closure by 44tk

Where 44tk closes an account permanently due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, all bonus balances will be forfeited and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be voided. Where the account closure is not due to a breach — for example, where 44tk exits a market — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before submitting a closure request, players should withdraw all available real-money balance, as 44tk cannot be held responsible for funds left in a closed account. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period from within their account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be blocked and the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or bet. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44tk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds as a result of gambling activity on the platform, including losses arising from the inherent risk of betting and gaming.
• Interruption to the platform's availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failure, server outages, or third-party infrastructure issues.
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal payments arising from the payment provider's own systems.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations that arise from a bona fide technical error, provided that 44tk takes prompt corrective action upon discovery.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 44tk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 44tk's liability for death or personal injury arising from its own gross negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation, nor for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

44tk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 44tk will notify players via email to their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform upon login. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the 44tk platform following notification of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 44tk recommends reviewing these Terms at least once every three months to remain informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations as a player.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. All communications with 44tk, including support queries, complaints, and account correspondence, may be conducted in English or Bengali.
